Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method you choose.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination country and local customs regulations. International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance and may incur additional fees, depending on the carrier in your country. Contact us at hi@gemarts.nl for more information.
Missing or damaged items
If your package contains missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), a photo of the delivery note (for missing items), and a description of the problem. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be resolved.
Please note if the packaging is damaged:
We do our best to deliver your order in perfect condition and carefully package every order. If the packaging is damaged during transport but the product remains fully functional, it is not eligible for replacement or refund. If you have any questions, please contact us at hi@gemarts.nl .
Registered as delivered but not received
If the tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please file a claim with the carrier. You must provide us with proof of loss or formal confirmation of the claim from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
Changes to orders
If you want to change your order, for example, the quantity, address, or product, we can process the change within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in the shipping process, and changes may no longer be possible.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, we can process it within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in the shipping process and cancellation will no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
