Gemarts™ Return Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do you start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@gemarts.nl . Once your return request is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, we'll process the full refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus shipping costs if your order didn't meet the free shipping threshold). Please note that banks and credit card companies may take some time to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hi@gemarts.nl .
Damaged items or problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized products, custom-made items, or products that cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. If you have questions about a specific item, please feel free to contact us. Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Swap
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
European Union: 14-day reflection period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, the item must be unused, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
